Our Services

Honey Bear Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in and around Knoxville, Tennessee. We are a licensed Tennessee mechanical contractor (TN CMC-A #83354). Service availability, scheduling, and pricing may vary based on location, scope of work, and current demand.

Estimates & Pricing

We provide pricing before work begins whenever possible. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope of work changes or if additional issues are discovered. We will communicate any material changes to you before proceeding.

Scheduling, Appointments & Cancellations

Appointment windows are estimates and may be affected by emergencies, weather, or other factors outside our control. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at (865) 284-2424.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to applicable late fees or collection costs as permitted by law.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. Any warranty on labor or parts will be communicated at the time of service and is subject to the specific terms provided. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment are governed by the manufacturer.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Honey Bear Plumbing LLC sends text message updates and responses to consumer customers about pricing and products offered at honeybearplumbing.com.

When you opt in to the service, we may send you a message to confirm your signup. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to cancel.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (865) 284-2424. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to (865) 284-2424. After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
